We got information from the travel agency Friday - our first excursion choice. YAY!!!! So all we have left to do is book our flights from Austin to New York.
We leave 6/18, get to Athens 6/19 and make our own way to the hotel they booked for us that night. The next morning they bus us to the Louis Olympia. The cruise is 6/20 - 6/23, with stops at Ephesus, Patmos, Crete, Mykonos, and Santorini. When we get back to Athens, they bus us to our convention hotel, Divani Caravel, where we'll be the rest of our trip.
We'll be with the local friends from 6/23 - 6/26, the convention 6/27 - 6/29, and then make our own way back to the airport on 6/30 for the flight home.
So what's next? Waiting until December and January when everyone starts taking money out of our bank account. ha ha!
We were really hoping our flights would be out of Newark, but we're out of JFK. : (
